These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of suazosteakpasta.us (the "Site") operated by Suazo Steak Pasta LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Parents and guardians may purchase kids' clothing for their children. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you use the Site.
Products and Descriptions
We work to describe and photograph our clothing and accessories accurately. Colors can vary slightly by screen, and measurements may differ by a small margin from the size chart because garments are cut and sewn in batches. Please check each product page for sizes, colors, and care information. We may update, discontinue, or change products at any time.
Pricing
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the item. Shipping, if any, is displayed in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- The total shown at checkout is your final total. No separate sales tax line is added.
- We may correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Coupon codes are single-use per order, cannot be combined unless stated, and may have a minimum order value and an expiry date.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email, but an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, a pricing or description error, or suspected fraud, and in that case any payment will be refunded. Payments are processed through PayPal and its card payment options. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States. Estimated delivery windows are in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please check your address carefully before you pay.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms. In short, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed we will gladly help. Once an order has shipped, you may return it under the Return Policy.
Your Account and Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Break any law or violate the rights of others
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or use a payment method you are not authorized to use
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or other users' data
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including introducing malware or overloading it
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data with automated tools without written permission
- Post reviews that are not based on your own genuine experience of a product
Customer Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review or message, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. We may moderate, edit for length, or remove submissions that are abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Suazo Steak Pasta name, logo, graphics, product images, copy, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Suazo Steak Pasta LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written consent.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Limitation of Liability
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suazo Steak Pasta LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Product Availability and Stock
All items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you with options: wait for a restock, choose a substitute, or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per household to give more customers a chance to buy popular items.
Size Charts and Fit
Size charts are provided as a guide and are based on body measurements in inches and centimeters. Fit is personal and can vary by style, so the same size may feel slightly different in a tee, a jacket, and a pair of pants. If a garment does not fit, you may exchange or return it in line with our Return Policy.
Product Care and Safe Use
Follow the care instructions on each product page and the garment label. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage is not a product defect. Kids' garments should be used under adult supervision, and drawcords, ties, and small parts should be checked regularly and removed if they become loose or damaged.
Electronic Communications
By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and replies to your messages. You agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier or supplier disruption, labor disputes, power or internet outages, governmental actions, or other similar events. In those situations we will work to fulfill your order as soon as reasonably possible.
Waiver and Assignment
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor of our business.
Privacy

Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue the claim as described under Governing Law below. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action, to the extent the law allows.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace earlier understandings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
