About Us
Our Story
Suazo Steak Pasta started with a simple observation: the best meals and the best clothes have a lot in common. Both are made from a short list of honest ingredients, put together with patience, and meant to be shared. The name is a nod to the long table, the big plate, and the people who gather around it. Our clothing is what we wish we could find in more stores: everyday pieces with a good fit, sturdy stitching, and a bit of personality.
We are a small apparel label based in La Puente, California. We design for real weeks, not photo shoots. That means a tee that still looks good after fifty washes, a pair of chinos you can wear to a family dinner and a long day at work, and a jacket that handles an unexpected downpour. When a piece does not meet that standard in testing, we change it or we drop it.
The food-inspired names are part of the fun. Our heavyweight tee is called the Trattoria, our wide-leg trousers are the Alfredo, and our quilted jacket is the Steakhouse. They are also a reminder of what we care about: warmth, generosity, and things that are made with care.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make comfortable, well-made clothing for the whole household at fair prices, and to explain exactly what you are buying. Every product page lists fabric, fit, sizes, and care, because we think you should know what you are getting before you check out.
We want shopping with us to feel as straightforward as sitting down at a good restaurant. You see the price, you see the total, you know when your order will arrive, and you know what happens if something is not right. No countdown clocks, no pressure tactics, and no surprise fees at the end.
What We Make and Sell
Our collection is organized into six categories so you can find what you need quickly:
- Men's Apparel: shirts, tees, chinos, sweatshirts, and jackets for everyday wear.
- Women's Apparel: dresses, blouses, tanks, trousers, and knitwear in easy, flattering fits.
- Kids' Clothing: tees, joggers, hoodies, and dresses made to survive recess and still feel soft.
- Activewear: training tees, leggings, shorts, sports bras, and pullovers that move with you.
- Outerwear: quilted jackets, parkas, overcoats, fleece, and rain shells for every season.
- Accessories: scarves, belts, beanies, socks, and totes to finish an outfit.
What Sets Us Apart
- Fabric first. We pick materials for how they feel and wear: heavyweight cotton, brushed fleece, crisp oxford, and breathable performance knits.
- Clear sizing. Each clothing product includes a size chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements in inches and centimeters, plus a fit tip.
- Straightforward pricing. The price on the product page is the price you pay. Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, with other shipping costs shown before you pay.
- Easy exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for eligible items, with no restocking fee.
- Real support. You can email or call and get a person. We respond within 1–2 business days.
- Secure checkout. Payments are handled by PayPal and its card payment options. We never see or store your full card number.
How We Design
Every garment starts as a short list: what it is for, who wears it, and what could go wrong. For a kids' hoodie, that list includes sticky fingers, a hundred trips through the dryer, and a hood that gets pulled on and off all day. For a wrap dress, it includes a waist tie that stays tied and a skirt that moves when you walk.
We then choose fabric weight, cut, and details to answer that list. We test fit on a range of body types, wash the sample garments repeatedly, and check the seams, buttons, and zippers for wear. Only then do we publish it. Product descriptions are written from those tests, not from marketing templates.
Fit and Care
We want your clothes to last, so we include care guidance with each product. As a general rule, wash dark colors with like colors in cold water, turn graphic and knit pieces inside out, and skip fabric softener on technical fabrics such as activewear. Dry on low heat or hang to dry, and use a cool iron on cotton, linen, and oxford shirts. For wool-blend pieces, follow the label and wash gently or dry-clean as noted.
If you are between sizes, consult the size chart on the product page. Our tees and sweatshirts are cut with a relaxed fit, so many customers choose their usual size for a roomy look or size down for a closer fit. If you are not sure, send us a message with your measurements and we will help you choose.
Our Promise to You
We promise to describe our products honestly, to ship your order promptly, and to fix problems quickly. If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it and cover the return shipping. If an item does not fit, you can exchange it or return it within 30 days.
We also promise not to invent urgency. You will not find fake countdown timers, made-up "people viewing" counters, or unverifiable endorsements on this site. Reviews appear only when real customers who bought a product choose to share them.
Meet the Team
Suazo Steak Pasta is run by a small, hands-on team of designers, customer service staff, and fulfillment helpers in Southern California. We answer our own email, we pack our own orders, and we read every message. When you contact us, you are talking to the people who make decisions about the products you are buying.
Community and Responsibility
We try to be good neighbors, and we try to waste less. We ship in right-sized packaging to cut down on filler, we keep our product line focused instead of chasing every trend, and we favor durable fabrics because the most sustainable garment is the one you keep wearing. We are also learning and improving as we grow, and we welcome your suggestions.
