Free Shipping
Suazo Steak Pasta offers free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more shipped within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99, shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders need 1–2 business days of handling for payment verification, quality check, and packing. During busy periods such as the holidays, handling can take an extra business day.
Estimated Delivery by Shipping Method
Total estimated delivery time is handling time plus shipping time. The table shows the full estimate from order to delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays and weather.
Tax Policy
The prices shown on our site are the prices you pay. Your order total at checkout is your final total and no separate sales tax line is added. You will see the subtotal, shipping, any discount, and the total before you confirm payment.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update. You can check status any time on our Track Order page using your email and order code.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii using standard shipping only. The free shipping threshold does not apply, so the $6.99 standard rate is charged on every order to these states. Express and Overnight shipping are not available for these locations. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes with Express or Overnight service.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before you place your order. Suazo Steak Pasta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email [email protected] right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or the carrier reports it lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or refund the order at no extra charge to you.
